Count user SMS numbers

OperationId:CountSmsNumbers

Counts the SMS numbers whose destination is the user in the path. GET /domains/~/users/~/smsnumbers/count counts your own.

Requires a token for that user, or Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller, or Super User scope for the domain. Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent may name only themselves. A Site Manager sees the user's numbers only when the user is in its own site, and an empty result otherwise.

It takes the same number and number_LIKE filters as GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/smsnumbers, so the count matches that list.
