OperationId:UpdateDialplanForDomain

Updates a dial plan's description. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Reseller reaches only domains in its territory.

The path names the plan, and a plan cannot be renamed. The response is 202: the change is published, not yet applied, so a read straight after it may not show the change yet. A plan name the domain does not have is not checked: it also returns 202 and changes nothing.
