OperationId:EmptyVoicemailMailbox

Removes every voicemail message in the new, saved, and trash folders for good, and everything else in trash. This cannot be undone. Faxes in the mailbox, greetings, and the name recording stay.

Accepted. The mailbox is emptied on the server that handled the request before it answers, and on the other servers shortly after. An empty mailbox also answers 202. Message-waiting lights update on each server's next mailbox scan, and the call is recorded once in the audit log with the number of messages.
