OperationId:ListNmsConfigServers

One row per cluster server: whether it is reachable, how many configuration entries it holds, and how many of those disagree with the rest of the cluster.

The server list comes from the cluster inventory, not from what answered — a peer that times out is simply absent from a fan-out, so deriving the list from the responses would report an unreachable server as a server holding no configuration at all. That is the distinction config-server-reachable makes.

Distinct from GET /appinfo, which is the raw element_domain inventory. This endpoint answers "is my configuration in step".

Requires the Super User or Super User Read Only scope. GET only.
