OperationId:DeleteReseller

Deletes an empty territory. Only the territory record is deleted: nothing filed under it is moved or removed.

Requires Super User. Every other scope, Reseller and Super User Read Only included, gets 403.

A territory that still has domains returns 409. Move or delete its domains first, and their users go with them. Brands, reseller settings, CDR schedules, and other records filed under the territory's name stay, and tokens and API keys issued for the territory keep working. Remove them separately.

A 202 means the delete was published over the service bus (SBUS), not yet applied. A territory that does not exist returns 404. DELETE /resellers without a name returns 405.
