List departments (list suffix)

OperationId:ListDepartmentsDomain

Returns the same department objects as GET /domains/{domain}/departments, for clients of the older list path.

Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, or Basic User in the domain, Reseller for a domain in your territory, or Super User or Super User Read Only. Other scopes, and a Reseller outside its territory, get 403.

Unlike the collection read, this has no default limit: every department is returned unless you send limit. start and department work the same way.
