OperationId:ListCallqueues

Lists the call queues in a domain as callqueue, description, domain, and callqueue-dispatch-type only, for pickers and menus.

Needs the list privilege on call queues, not read. Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent get only the queues they are an agent on, by their own user or any of their devices; with no queues they get an empty array. Site Manager gets the queues at its own site. Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Office Manager Read-Only, Route Manager, Reseller, Super User, and Super User Read Only get every queue in the domain.

Call parks are left out unless you send include-parks=yes. sort, start, and limit work as on GET /domains/{domain}/callqueues.
