OperationId:ReadVoiceUsageFeaturesForDomain

Returns the catalog of voice usage metrics the middleware can report, as cluster-wide metadata rather than usage for any window. Requires Reseller or Super User scope. This report takes no parameters. Use it to discover the service_type, vendor, and feature values accepted by the other reports. This is the domain-scoped form: the report is confined to {domain} through the access-control object, so an Office Manager or higher within that domain may call it.
