OperationId:CreateResellerSetting

Stores a setting on a reseller, overriding the system value for every domain in its territory. Send the name in setting. If the reseller already stores the setting, its value is replaced. Requires Super User scope, or Reseller scope for this territory.

domain-editable: no locks the setting for the tier below: Office Manager tokens can no longer change it on a domain. Reseller and Super User tokens are not locked. A system setting locked with reseller-editable: no returns 403 to a Reseller token.

A 202 means the change is accepted and applied shortly after. PUT /resellers/{reseller}/settings/{setting} does the same with the name in the path.
