OperationId:UpdateAnswerruleUser

Changes the user's answer rule for one time frame.

Requires Basic User scope or higher for your own rules. Site Manager can manage the users in its site, Office Manager any user in its domain, Reseller any user in its territory, and Super User any user.

Send only what changes. A feature you leave out keeps its settings. For phone-numbers-to-allow and phone-numbers-to-reject, numbers you send are added; send remove: yes to drop them. new-position moves the rule to the top or bottom of the order. To set the full order, use PUT /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/answerrules/reorder.
