Count domain MoH files

OperationId:CountMOHDomain

Counts the MoH files of the domain and reports the space the MoH folder uses.

Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller, and Super User can read domain MoH, as can their read-only variants. Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent get 403.

size is the total size in bytes of the counted MoH audio files. Only GET is allowed; another method returns 405.
