Fetches a bundle, analyzes it, and makes it the live version when it passes. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Admin Super User scope. A Reseller can deploy only its own extensions. The result is in status: approved and flagged go live; rejected changes nothing live. A host that is not in approved-cdn-origins, or a bundle that cannot be fetched, is also answered 200 with status: rejected; the report says why. When the bytes match the live version, the answer is unchanged and nothing is written, so a build pipeline can call this on every run.On development servers, a localhost or 127.0.0.1 URL is not fetched or analyzed: it goes live as dev, without an integrity hash. Each extension allows 10 deploys a minute. promoted: true means the version was accepted and takes effect shortly after; send synchronous=yes to wait for it.
