OperationId:DeleteGenericAvatar

Removes one image from the generic avatar library that GET /avatar lists.

Requires Super User. Any other scope gets 403.

Only generic avatars can be removed here: a user's or a contact's avatar filename returns 404. 202 means the delete was published over the service bus (SBUS), not yet applied; it is applied shortly after. After that the image paths return 404, but copies already cached by browsers or proxies can outlive it by up to 30 days. DELETE /avatar without a filename returns 400. Only DELETE removes an image here: POST and PUT on this path return 405.
