Count territories

OperationId:CountResellers

Returns the number of territories you can see, as total. Super User and Super User Read Only count every territory. A Reseller counts only its own, so its total is 0 or 1. Every other scope gets 403.

Filter with reseller to check whether one territory exists. Use GET /resellers for the territories themselves.
