Adds a user of the domain to an inbox, giving them its conversations. {extension} can be a shared inbox, or a user's own extension to address that user's personal inbox. Adding a user who is already a member succeeds and changes nothing. Change a member's role with PUT /domains/{domain}/inboxes/{extension}/members/{user}.

user must be a user of the same domain, not another inbox. A 202 means the change is accepted and already applied.

For a shared or main-number inbox, requires Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. For a personal inbox, its owner can also add members. Other callers get 403.
