OperationId:CreateInboxMemberDomain

Adds a member to an inbox. The {inbox} extension may refer to either a shared inbox (a subscriber with srv_code=system-inbox) or a regular user's own extension, in which case this addresses that user's personal inbox (their SMS conversations across all of their assigned DIDs). For a shared inbox, only Office Manager and above (Office Manager, Reseller, Super User) may add members. For a personal inbox, only the extension's owner or an OM+ admin may add members. Adding a member grants that member access to the inbox's SMS conversations.
