OperationId:CountDeviceByDevice

Returns 1 when the domain has a device with this name and 0 when it does not.

Requires Basic User, Site Manager, Office Manager, Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only, in your own domain or one you administer. A Site Manager counts only devices in its own site. A full SIP URI in another domain counts 0.
