Count domain CDR schedules by name

OperationId:CountCDRSchedulesName

Returns 1 when the domain has a schedule with this name that you can see, and 0 when it does not. Use it to test for a schedule without reading its fields. Office Manager, Reseller, Super User, and Super User Read Only see every schedule in the domain. Every other scope sees only its own.
