OperationId:GetAllSMSNumbersSystem

Lists SMS numbers across domains.

Requires Super User scope to list every domain, or Reseller scope with reseller set to your own territory. Other scopes set domain to their own domain and get what GET /domains/{domain}/smsnumbers returns, with the same limits.

With reseller, the response is a list of the numbers alone, as strings, for every domain in the territory, up to 20,000. domain, dest, and number still narrow it, and site is ignored. Without reseller, each number is a full record. Filter with domain, dest, number, number_LIKE, or site, and page with start and limit.
