OperationId:DeleteInboxMemberDomain

Removes a member from an inbox and from all of its conversations. {extension} can be a shared inbox, or a user's own extension to address that user's personal inbox. Adding them back later starts them with a new role.

Any member can remove themselves, from any inbox: use ~ or their own extension as {user}. Otherwise, for a shared or main-number inbox, requires Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. For a personal inbox, its owner can also remove members. Other callers get 403. A 202 means the delete is accepted and already applied.
