Read domain blocked numbers

OperationId:ReadBlockedNumbersDomain

Returns the domain's blocked-number list. Calls to the domain from a number on the list are rejected.

Requires Office Manager scope for your own domain, or Reseller or Super User scope.

The domain list is kept on the domain's system user domain, so the entry carries "user": "domain". The list belongs to the default answering rule (time frame *), so the response has at most one entry. Numbers are returned as strings, so a leading zero is kept. To read one user's list, use Read user blocked numbers.
