List network test reports across domains

OperationId:ListNetworktests

Lists summaries of network test reports across every domain you can reach.

Without domain, requires Super User, Super User Read Only, or Reseller scope. A Reseller gets only reports in domains of its own territory.

Filter by domain, user, or both. With domain set, the request is answered like GET /domains/{domain}/networktests and follows that endpoint's access rules, so Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, Call Center Agent, Site Manager, and Route Manager get only their own reports, and naming another user in user returns 403. Reports are sorted newest first by default. Page with limit and offset. The response has no total, and the /count and /list suffixes are not supported on this path. Reports are kept for 90 days after they are stored, then deleted automatically.
