OperationId:CountPhonenumbers

Returns how many phone numbers exist across every domain your token can see. Requires Reseller, Super User, or Super User Read Only scope. A Reseller counts its own territory. Super User Read Only must send territory.

It takes the same filters as GET /phonenumbers, and the total includes SMS-only numbers, up to 5,000 of them, so it matches the length of the full list. For one domain, use GET /domains/{domain}/phonenumbers/count.
