Changes a dial policy's description and publishes the change over the service bus (SBUS). The name resolves to the domain's own policy first, then to the shared one under * or admin-only.Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor and Route Manager scopes can update their own domain's policies; a Reseller can update domains in its territory. A shared policy, one filed under * or admin-only, changes dialing for every domain, so any write to it requires Super User scope.Send only description. A domain in the body is ignored, so an update cannot move a policy to another domain. A 202 means the change was published, not yet applied, and only the resolved policy changes.A name that matches no policy visible to the domain answers 404.
