Lists the API keys in your scope. With an OAuth or JWT token, a Super User sees every key, a Reseller sees keys in their territory and in its domains, and lower scopes see keys in their domain that are assigned to their own user. With an API key, the list holds only the keys that key created. The secret key is never returned. An empty list is [].
