OperationId:DeletePermission

Deletes one rule of a shared dial policy and publishes the deletion over the service bus (SBUS). Requires Super User scope, because a shared policy changes dialing for every domain.

A 202 means the deletion was published, not yet applied. A policy or rule that does not exist answers 404.
