OperationId:ReloadServiceUnits

Runs systemctl daemon-reload on one server, so systemd reads every changed unit file again. It restarts nothing.

Requires Super User scope.

You rarely need it: a start, stop or restart reloads first when its own unit file has changed. Use it to clear need-daemon-reload on every unit at once, typically after an upgrade that replaced several unit files.

reloaded-units lists the catalog units that were out of date; an empty list means the call changed nothing. still-stale should be empty afterwards.

It is not blocked by a running apt operation, because package installs run a daemon-reload themselves. Only one daemon-reload runs on a server at a time; a second answers 409.
