OperationId:CreateDomainPark

Creates a call park in a domain. Requires Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope, or Site Manager for a park in its own site. Read-only scopes and Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, and Call Center Agent get 403.

Creating a park also creates its system user, which owns the extension and holds the park's site and department, an answering rule, and the dial rule that sends calls on the extension to the park. DELETE /domains/{domain}/parks/{park} removes all of them.

The answer is 202: the park is accepted and created shortly after. Send synchronous=yes to wait for it and get the park back with 200.
