Count phone numbers

OperationId:CountDomainPhonenumbers

Returns how many phone numbers are assigned to a domain. Every user scope can read the numbers of its own domain. A Reseller reads the domains in its territory, and Super User and Super User Read Only read every domain.

It takes the same filters as GET /domains/{domain}/phonenumbers, and the total includes SMS-only numbers, so it matches the length of the full list. start and limit do not apply.
