OperationId:CountMeeting

Checks whether a meeting exists in the domain in the path: total is 1 when it does and 0 when it does not.

When the meeting exists, access is checked against its owner, so you need list rights over the owner: any user in the owner's domain, or Office Manager, Reseller, or Super User for that domain. A meeting that does not exist is checked against the user in the path.
