OperationId:DeleteDialpolicy

Deletes a shared dial policy and publishes the deletion over the service bus (SBUS). This path addresses the policy filed under *, or under admin-only when there is no * policy with this name. A shared policy, one filed under * or admin-only, changes dialing for every domain, so any write to it requires Super User scope.

A 202 means the deletion was published, not yet applied. Only that one policy is removed; a domain's policy with the same name is untouched.

A name with no shared policy answers 404. To delete a domain's own policy, use DELETE /domains/{domain}/dialpolicy/{policy}.
