OperationId:CountUsers

Returns the number of users in a domain. It takes the same filters as GET /domains/{domain}/users: site, department, user-scope, service-code, email, and filter_users. Any user scope in the domain can call it, Basic User included.

By default the count leaves out the rows that represent sites and departments and the domain placeholder user, and includes system users such as call queues. Send filter_users=system to count only people.
