OperationId:DeleteNetworktestDomain

Deletes one network test report from a domain. A deleted report can't be restored.

Requires a token for the domain. Basic User, Advanced User, Simple User, Call Center Agent, Site Manager, and Route Manager can delete only their own reports; another user's report returns 403. Office Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Reseller, and Super User can delete any report in the domain. A Reseller reaches only domains in its own territory. Read-only scopes can't delete reports.

Answers 202 when the report is deleted. A test_id that is not in this domain returns 404.
