OperationId:DeleteSharedContact

Removes one of the domain's shared contacts, together with its avatar. Every user in the domain stops seeing it.

Needs domain tier or above: Office Manager can delete its own domain's shared contacts, Reseller those of domains in its territory, and Super User any domain's. Scopes that can only read them, including Site Manager and Call Center Supervisor, get 403.

The ID must name a shared contact of the domain, or the call returns 404. 202 means the delete was accepted and is applied shortly after.
