Deletes one stored avatar of a shared contact of the domain, addressed by its filename, and clears the contact's avatar.

Needs domain tier or above, as for the shared contact itself: Office Manager can delete the avatars of its own domain's shared contacts, Reseller those of domains in its territory, and Super User any domain's. Scopes that can only read shared contacts, including Site Manager and Call Center Supervisor, get 403.

The contact must be in the address book the path names, and the avatar must belong to it, or the call returns 404. The answer is 200 with an empty body; the delete is applied shortly after. To delete the contact's current avatar without knowing its filename, call DELETE /domains/{domain}/contacts/{contact_id}/avatar. Only GET and DELETE are served on this path; POST and PUT return 405 Method Not Allowed. Upload a contact avatar to .../contacts/{id}/avatar.
