OperationId:DeleteIotumVideoHostForUser

Deletes a user's video host and unlinks it from the user. The user can no longer host video conferences.

Requires a token for this user. Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can change the video host of any user in a domain they manage.

The domain must have a video account that is not suspended. Otherwise the request returns 400 with Not Able to make request. A user with no video host returns 404. The host is deleted at once, and unlinking it from the user is applied shortly after. When the video service cannot delete the host, the request fails and the user keeps the link. DELETE /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/video does the same.
