OperationId:ReadIotumVideoHostConferences

Lists the video conferences a user hosts, as the video service reports them.

Requires a token for this user. Office Manager, Reseller, and Super User can read the video host of any user in a domain they manage.

The domain must have a video account that is not suspended. Otherwise the request returns 400 with Not Able to make request. A user with no video host returns 404. Results come one page at a time: pass page for a later page. Start a conference with POST on this path. PUT and DELETE on this path return 405.
