OperationId:CountAnswerrulesUser

Counts the answer rules set on the user.

Requires Basic User scope or higher for your own rules. Site Manager can manage the users in its site, Office Manager any user in its domain, Reseller any user in its territory, and Super User any user. Call Center Supervisor can also count the rules of a Call Center Agent.

The count includes rules that apply to every user in the domain (user is *), the same rules GET /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/answerrules returns. A user that does not exist answers total 0.
