Count domain time frames

OperationId:CountTimeframesDomainAllUsers

Returns total, the number of time frames the path's owner has: on this domain path the owner is *, so it counts the domain's shared time frames, not every user's. Use /domains/{domain}/users/{user}/timeframes/count for one user's time frames, or GET /domains/{domain}/timeframes?users=all for a per-user count.

Requires the list privilege on time frames, which Basic User, Site Manager, and Office Manager hold in their domain, and Reseller and Super User more widely. The owner must be one you can reach, or the call returns 403.
