Changes the assignment, carrier, or note of an SMS number in the domain in the path.Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Route Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Site Manager changes only numbers routed to users in its own site, and can assign them only to users in its site.Send application on every update, even when you change only carrier or notes. Fields you leave out keep their values. Setting application to available releases the number to the pool and clears dest. Reassigning a number moves it from the old user's messaging profile to the new one's.A number that is not in this domain returns 404. A 202 means the change is accepted and applied shortly after. Read it back with GET /domains/{domain}/smsnumbers/{smsnumber}.
