OperationId:DeleteDialplanForDomain

Deletes a dial plan. Requires Office Manager, Site Manager, Reseller, or Super User scope. A Reseller reaches only domains in its territory.

Its dial rules are not deleted unless you send empty=true, which first deletes every rule this domain owns in the plan. Rules other domains own in a plan of the same name are not touched. If any rule deletion cannot be published, the response is 400 and the plan is kept, so a retry finds the remaining rules. The response is 202: the change is published, not yet applied, so a read straight after it may not show the change yet.
